Evidence Action is seeking an Associate Director, Resource Mobilization (Individual Giving). The role is based in Washington, DC. The Associate Director, Resource Mobilization will be dedicated to Evidence Action’s core values and will be comfortable applying these principles to build effective systems in a start-up environment. S/he will be able to think critically and strategically about how to promote Evidence Action’s significant contributions to the international development sector and will have the exceptional relationship management skills necessary to engage internal and external stakeholders in resulting fundraising activities, including organizational leadership, program staff, and donors. The incumbent will have demonstrated project management skills to enable a lean team to work efficiently and effectively across multiple workstreams.
