There is an exciting opportunity at Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs for an Operations and Talent Manager. The role is based in Washington, D.C. The Operations and Talent Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will support operations in the US and internationally.
Specifically, the Manager will:
- Work across the organization to ensure that the “trains run on time” and that resources are being appropriately allocated and utilized.
- Implement and manage a robust talent development strategy that includes new plans for recruiting, onboarding, compensating, training, evaluating and coaching/providing professional development and growth opportunities to staff.
- Oversee the operational implementation of ANDE’s newly revised organizational strategy.
