Etsy has an opportunity for an Operations Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Workplace. The role is based in Brooklyn, New York. The Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director of Workplace and Strategic Sourcing and be part of a team distributed across five offices that includes three functions at Etsy. The team’s work spans facilities, food and events, security, sustainability, and strategic purchasing enterprise-wide. Collectively we aim to provide inspiring environments, programs and services for all employees, and use resources responsibly to build long-term resilience. Much groundwork has been laid within each of our core functions, and this position will play a leading role in improving the consistency and effectiveness of our tools, systems, and communications across functions and across sites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, operations, and communications.
